Mental Health Awareness Month

Updated: Jun 1, 2022

'I am so Proud of our Kala Body Team for Completing the Mental Health First Aid Course' said Chloë, owner of Kala Body.

We acknowledge that everything was not ok on ‘are you ok day’ for most of us right now.

If you are struggling, reach out and tell a friend, a relative or the GP. GP’s are trained to get you the help you need.

🔹@LifelineAustralia

🔹@BeyondBlueOfficial

🔹 @BlackDogInst

can help too when in crisis and also direct you.

They ar

e trained to listen without judgment and really care.

Remember, there is no commitment when you see a GP. It is a conversation to know your options. They will want to help.

When Kala Body reopens, we will be here to get your body feeling its best and are so excited to get closer to that date.

In the meantime, look after yourself, and if you can reach out to those around you to check in, do so.

Love from the Kala Body Team

Chloë, Megan & our newest team member Roy
